Yemeni Husk (cascara)

Coffee Ground HUSK Tea:

**Ingredients:**
- Roasted coffee grounds (suitable for drinking) - about 2-3 tablespoons per cup of water
- Water
- Sugar or honey (optional)
- Milk (optional)
- Cloves (optional)
- Cinnamon (optional)

**Instructions:**
1. Boil water in a pot on the stove.
2. Once the water is boiling, add the roasted coffee grounds to the pot.
3. Let the grounds simmer in the water for about 5-10 minutes depending on your preferred strength. The longer you leave it, the stronger the flavor.
4. After brewing, you can add sugar or honey to taste to enhance the flavor.
5. If you prefer to add milk, you can do so at this stage and heat it with the tea.
6. You can also add spices like cloves or cinnamon for additional flavor and depth.
7. Strain the beverage into a cup and serve it hot.
