DESCRIPTION:

In the heights of the Yemeni mountains, specifically in the province of Saada, the dance of nature harmonizes with the unique life of the coffee plant, the Khulani coffee. It thrives under the warm rays of the golden sun and a clear blue sky blending with the colors of the enchanting mountains. Its beans shine with a rich green color, adorned with a green oily layer like artistic strokes on a natural canvas, reflecting the unique magic of this coffee.
The Khulani coffee is not just a plant; it is a witness to the interaction between humanity and the melody of the earth. Its cultivation in special conditions imparts a subtle flavor and uniqueness to it. It encapsulates complex flavors, dancing together in a narrative that speaks the language of flowers and fruits, ranging in tones from the symphony of chocolate. This brings an unforgettable experience to each cup of coffee.
The Khulani coffee is more than just a beverage; it embodies a long story of a profound connection between humans and the earth. Its role as an ambassador of culture and arts forms the basis for narrating the history of civilizations and inspiring an artistic canvas that stretches deep into heritage. Its quality extends beyond the luxurious flavor; it emanates from the spirit it carries, making it not just a cup of coffee but a unique experience and a tasting journey for enthusiasts of beauty and distinction.

Roasting Notes:

Natural process coffees roast a bit quicker than washed. This, like some other naturals, produces considerable chaff when roasting so be aware of that. If your roaster controls allow for it, apply considerable heat heading into the first crack to fully expand the beans and release their flavors. Immediately after the first crack gets underway, reduce heat and stretch out development time. We like this coffee roasted to full city, preferring to pull the roast just as it begins the second crack. However, taking it a little further into the second crack will provide deeper tones, albeit at the expense of some floral notes. Roasting this coffee too light will deprive you of its potentially smooth body and some of the exotic flavor notes.
